The Lower 9 is the story of a neighborhood, addressing the historical and cultural significance of New Orleans’ Lower Ninth Ward through the memories and stories of current longtime residents. The Lower 9 will also reveal the absence of its displaced residents by dwelling on the abandoned streets, buildings and homes of the once vibrant neighborhood.
